Consent & Leadership Series
#: 11
Evaluating Consent Incidents

C&L: Evaluating Consent Incidents
  • Saturday, May 22nd, 2021 - 10:30am-1:30pm (Pacific Time)

When a consent incident happens, it can be hard to know what to do, or even how to think about it. How serious is it? What should you do first? What does it mean for the organization? How do you begin to support the people involved? Even with an understanding of Transformative Accountability there are specific skills that go into how to process and evaluate what happened. That starts here:

This workshop will start you down the road of how to manage a consent incident. We’ll look at the different roles involved, how reports come in and their considerations, how to build a report form, what you do with the information once you have it, and how to move on to the next steps. If you’re working with consent incidents, or are likely to in the future, this class will give you the framework you need to understand how.
  • 3 Hour Online Zoom Class with Q&A throughout. Handouts sent by PDF.
  • To take this class, you need to have taken the “Consent & Leadership: Building a Framework” class, have taken a Consent for Leadership class (2020 or earlier), or get permission from the Consent Academy.
  • This workshop is part of the Consent & Leadership Series: comprehensive topics leaders in the modern world need to know to both understand and manage consent.
