Foundations of Consent
We all need to be able to talk about consent and how to build consent culture. Most of us have learned that 'no means no' and 'yes means yes', but consent goes way beyond that. Foundations of Consent is a customizable, conversational workshop that will prepare you to practice consent more in any and all aspects of your daily life. Participation is very encouraged and your own questions are centered, whether they're about a first hug, a new relationship, a workplace, or sex.

Cultivating Accountability
Accountability practices are a crucial aspect of a consent practice. Accountability processes and pods are specific practices that have great potential to repair relationships and strengthen communities. At the same time, they can be very time, labor, and resource intensive methods of creating accountability with plenty of risks associated with them. Cultivating Accountability explores the skills and knowledge needed to increase your chances of a successful accountability process or pod, whether you are participating in or facilitating them.

This course will train you in the skills needed to create a sense of safety in your space, including trauma-awareness, Consent-Focused Psychological First Aid, de-escalation, bystander intervention, and conflict resolution. Great for helping professionals, those that work large events, sex-positive spaces, and support and accountability teams.

Topics covered include nonverbal communication, active listening, boundary skills, emotional regulation, apology-making, conflict resolution, recognizing abuse and unhealthy relationship dynamics, and leaving relationships. We also have courses exploring different relationship styles, including long-term, long-distance, and non-monogamous.

Consent and Sex
Consent isn't always about sex, but sometimes it is. We believe consent is an essential part of any sexual act, yet it's rarely something people have been taught about in detail. We want to change that. Our sex educators have created courses to help you navigate consent and sex in a way that is safer, more connective, and satisfying to everyone involved.

Consent and Dance
Social dancing is a beautiful world of creativity, connection, and self-expression. At the same time, there can be quite a bit of consent risk when bringing groups of people together, many of whom are strangers, to move and touch while music plays. Our social dancing educators are here to help with courses teaching the necessary consent skills for a thriving dance community.

Consent and Gaming
Whether it's a tabletop role playing game, computer game, or board game, consent is always at play. The more complex the game or interaction, the more consent is needed so everyone can have fun. Our gaming educators have put together a set of courses designed to explore consent so you can take your play to a new level.
