Consent Advocates

Consent Advocates
Consent Advocates work to help people through a consent incident using supportive communication, trauma-informed strategies, and harm-reduction models. Their role is to provide compassionate and non-judgmental support while helping people to navigate what happened and what needs to happen next. They are an invaluable tool for any organization.

 Personal Advocates
  • Our Consent Advocates are available to discuss your consent incident; to give perspective and talk about options.
  • We help folx who have been harmed, those who have harmed, and those who have been accused of harm.
  • We do this work for a Donation. Typical discussions last an hour.
  • Contact Us to set up a time to talk to our next available Advocate.

 Event Advocates
  • We can provide Consent Advocates for your event, party, or conference. These folks come in to be present and visible as both a deterrent and as someone people can talk to if they experience a consent incident.
  • Cost depends on the size of the event, number of people, travel, and complexity.
